Reliability, operational safety and cost efficiency are key requirements in industrial contract manufacturing. At our St. Stefan site, we combine engineering, manufacturing expertise and dependable capacities into an industrial performance base reflected in concrete figures, investments and annual processing volumes.

Our range covers components for steel construction and cylinder manufacturing. This includes force cylinders, position cylinders and support cylinders. The portfolio is backed by a broad production environment with machining equipment, semi-automated and fully automated systems, specialised welding processes and surface finishing capabilities. 

At the St. Stefan site, more than 100,000 m² of total area are available for manufacturing and downstream processing. This capacity provides the basis for a broad technological range—from machining and automated production processes to welding and surface treatment. 

Investments made in recent years demonstrate the continuous development of the site. These include CNC mill-turn centres, machining centres, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting systems, deep-hole drilling machines, robotic welding systems, welding technology and equipment for heat and surface treatment.

Each year, we process around 4,000 tonnes of tubes and piston rods into approximately 22,000 cylinders at our St. Stefan site. In addition, around 8,000 to 10,000 tonnes of fine-grain structural steel are converted into high-quality products annually. These figures reflect industrial-scale capacity, manufacturing experience and repeatable processes.
